HEDS listserv user’s guide (PDF) – Members of HEDS institutions use the HEDS listserv to post questions about institutional practices, make comments about events in higher education or their own campus, distribute job postings, and gather information from their colleagues in the consortium. We also distribute data files, information about upcoming events, and requests for feedback via the listserv. This document outlines the conventions that we ask people to observe when they use the listserv.
