HEDS Annual Conference Registration

Register by September 21 for the best rates!

The conference will begin with a reception on the evening of Wednesday, October 13 and end about 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 15.

Conference Fees

Full Registration
Regular Registration (through September 21): $475
Late Registration (after September 21): $525

Graduate Student Registration
Regular Registration (through September 21): $250
Late Registration (after September 21): $275

Undergraduate students who attend the conference to co-present do not have to pay the registration fee.

The cost of registration for the entire conference includes a reception on Wednesday; breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday; and coffee, beverages, and snacks throughout the conference.

Additional Costs

Friends and family of attendees are welcome to join any meal and the Wednesday evening reception. The cost for each guest is $25 per meal or reception, and preregistration is required.

How to Register

On the registration form, we ask you to indicate how many days you will be staying at the Clayton Plaza Hotel, whether you have any food allergies, which meals and events you will be attending, and whether you will be bringing any friends or family to meals. We recommend that you review the conference details before you register.

To register and pay for the 2021 HEDS Annual Conference please go to our online registration form. Each person must register separately. After you submit your registration information, you will have the opportunity to pay online by credit or debit card or receive an invoice to pay by check. We cannot accept American Express.
