Conference Fees

Full Registration
Early Registration (February 15 – April 10): $490
Regular Registration (April 11 – May 24): $550
Late Registration (May 25 – June 8): $575

One-Day and Graduate Student Registration
Early Registration (February 15 – April 10): $250
Regular Registration (April 11 – May 24): $275
Late Registration (May 25 – June 8): $300

Undergraduate students who attend the conference to co-present do not have to pay the registration fee.

The cost of registration for the entire conference includes several meals: a reception on Sunday; breakfast on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday; lunch on Monday and Tuesday; and coffee, beverages, and snacks throughout the conference. The registration fee for a single day includes breakfast, lunch, and break services.

Optional Events (friends and family welcome; preregistration required)

Private Guided Tour of Biltmore House on Monday, June 17 – $95

Asheville Walking Tour on Tuesday, June 18 – $20

Additional Costs

Friends and family of attendees are welcome to join any meal and the Sunday-evening reception. The cost is $25 per meal or reception, and preregistration is required.

How to Register

On the registration form, we ask you to indicate how many days you will be staying at the Renaissance Hotel, whether you have any food allergies, which meals and events you will be attending, and whether you will be bringing any friends or family to meals and events. We recommend that you review the conference details before you register.

To register and pay for the 2019 HEDS Annual Conference please go to our online registration form. Each person must register separately. After you submit your registration information, you will have the opportunity to pay by credit or debit card online or receive an invoice to pay by check. We cannot accept American Express. If you have any questions, please contact Barb Lawhorn at 765-361-6046 or lawhornb@wabash.edu. Also contact Barb if you would like to pay for optional events separately from your registration fee.

We will refund 100% of your conference registration fees, including optional events, (less credit card fees and handling charges, if applicable) if we receive your refund request before June 1. After that date, we will not make refunds.
