About
Kathleen, who is happy to go by “Kat,” joined HEDS in September 2025. As a Survey Administration Coordinator, Kat guides institutions through their HEDS survey administration. She enjoys working with individuals to assist in identifying opportunities to improve experiences and processes at their institution.
Before joining HEDS, Kat worked in healthcare management for 20 years. Her many years collaborating with colleagues, developing and revising procedures for maximum efficiency, and developing teams to provide outstanding patient care in a mission-oriented environment have made her a great fit for helping fulfill HEDS mission of advancing liberal arts education, inclusive excellence, and student success.
